Tabitha Rose
Raquel Jordan
Olivia Otten

By becoming present and aware of our surroundings and our body we develop knowledge of our health and awareness of our mind. Upon returning in 2010, and deciding to dedicate herself to helping others live a healthier and more mindful lifestyle, she enrolled in the 200 hour intensive teacher training with Yoga Works in Santa Monica. Her classes focus on balancing a great workout and a peaceful, relaxing experience. Her true intention is to help you let go and find your inner peace both on and off the mat.

Deeply moved by the wisdom yogaprovides through times of struggle and transition inspires

Raquel to share this ancient practice with others. She received her 200hr certification

through YogaWorks as well as her certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga and Therapeutic Restorative. In her personal practice, Raquel continues researching and exploring exercises that connect mind-body-spirit.

When she is not teaching you will often find that she is hiking, camping, dancing, singing or traveling.

To Olivia, yoga is a life-long practice in cultivating mindfulness. Yoga helps her to slow down, reflect and get out of her head and into her body. She has been teaching vinyasa and hatha yoga for 6 years now and for the past 3 years her passion for teaching has expanded to include yin, restorative and guided meditation. She is also certified in trauma-sensitive yoga.

Max Sloves

Max embraces the physical practice of yoga as a gateway to a more meditative and philosophical experience. As a legal and literary scholar, it's the yoga that happens beyond the mat that he finds most provocative. But when you take his class, don't expect long diatribes about his views on life. Expect some good tunes, a rigorous flow, careful alignment, and a puddle of sweat on your yoga mat.

Hannah Dawe

Yoga is a practice; a continual process of learning to align with the actions and attitudes that bring balance and joy to being. My intention is to help each student uncover their unique patterns of mind and body to build a balance of flexibility and strength for a steady, sweaty and sweet practice. Off the mat, I enjoy slow mornings by the sea sipping my Americano, savoring sunsets, trail running, talking to people in person, good music and spontaneous dance parties.

Marielle Ebersol

Marielle teaches a mindful and heart-opening all levels vinyasa class. She has been studying and teaching for years and is qualified in yin & restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation.

Tiffany Leonardo

Tiffany loves to bring people together to form new tribes.

Tiffany feels that to blossom as a teacher, it’s important to be a devoted student of life.  For this reason, she has completed 27 hrs of Katonah Yoga with Mary Dana Abbott, 17 hours of Art of Assisting from Baron Baptiste Yoga, 12 hours of training with Mark Stephens, and 35 hours of Anatomy & Asana immersion with Emilie Perz.  She’s also completed an 8-month apprenticeship in Acupressure and Yoga integration programs with Hydra Yoga.

Regardless of the environment, Tiffany is out to help others explore and discover their fullest selves through a better relationship with their mind and bodies.

Alex Nashton

Alex Nashton is endlessly inspired by the human brains ability to change itself. She believes the physical practice of yoga is the best way to unravel the patterns of body & mind. Her goal is to demystify the abstract & ethereal parts of this practice to make it relevant for you. Alex has studied extensively in the Ishta Yoga lineage with Alan Finger, Sarah Finger, and Mona Anand. In the more recent years, she was mentored by Jana Roemer. She is currently pursuing a degree in Neuroscience.

Alex Geringer

Through mindfulness Alexandria was able to connect back to her truest and most authentic self. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga over 11 years ago and discovered the beautiful art of Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Meditation, and Sound Healing shortly after. Her passion lies in holding space for others to tap back into to who they are and to radiate that back into the world.
